The SF Group are currently recruiting for a Membership Administrator to be based with one of their clients in Burton. The Membership Administrator will be joining two experienced, friendly teams where they will be responsible for dealing with and supporting all membership matters.
Typical responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Membership Manager with all administration when required
Processing all of the membership applications
Managing administration for any audit programmes, accreditations, certifications and licenses
Dealing with all compliance matters
Handling all communication from existing and new customers via phone or email
Gathering and collating information
Ensuring all systems are up to date and making amendments where necessary
Producing invoices and handling any enquiries
The successful candidate for this role must be used to prioritising a variety of administration tasks, have a strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work, get satisfaction from completing the task in hand and doing it to the best of their ability.
You must come from an administration background, have knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes and databases and have experience within customer service.
