About the Overall Objective:

  • To manage the successful transformation and integration of two global brands marketing teams across Price, Product, Campaign Management and Communications and help rationalise all systems and processes.

About the Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Integration Project Leader with all things PMO
  • Liaise with the wider integration Product/Proposition Management, Pricing, Brand, Campaign, Go-to-market, communications, HR and senior stakeholders regularly
  • Build and maintain the overarching transformation project plan
  • Attend weekly calls with other projects
  • Following up agreed actions from meetings/projects. This includes risks, issues and dependencies for all projects
  • Milestone tracking and managing regular reporting e.g. status reporting, risk and issue management
  • Monitor and support detailed project planning and execution
  • Provide executive updates

About the Requirements:

  • This could suit a PMO or Project Manager from a different industry, looking for a new industry to learn (i.e. marketing)
  • Big company/corporate business background - essential
  • Experience in developing solutions to operational business challenges
  • Experience in developing & implementing measurement systems, processes & procedures for complex situations
  • Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, and track progress
