This branded Midlands based Consumer business is steeped in history and due to expansion are now looking for a National Account Manager to join their team working on the Tesco account.

The NAM will be responsible for driving sales in the Tesco account by building excellent relationships with the relevant Buyers and spotting extra opportunities for additional growth. They will fully own the P&L, setting sales, profit and promo plan targets and also work closely with other functions such as Trade Marketing and the Category team.

In order to be successful in this role you will possess:

* Previous national account management experience from within the FMCG sector
* Strategic commercial ability whilst also able to be tactical and opportunistic
* Strong analysis skills, at ease with numbers and developing financial proposals
* Ability to influence at all levels
* Passionate, energetic, keen to succeed
* Target driven with an entrepreneurial flair
* Good skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
