A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Office Clerk to join a manufacturing business based in Walsall on a temporary to permanent basis.

The main purpose of the role is to deal with all general Administration Duties along side assisting the Accounts team with inputting of all purchase orders and to create invoices when required. Sage 200 experience would be beneficial.

Daily Duties Include:

All daily Administration duties
Purchase order Processing
Logging and Checking Invoices
Matching Invoices against Purchase Orders and Delivery notes
Passing Invoices for payments
Filing and Scanning of any documents to then forward over to various companies if required

Hours of work are 7:45-16:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 to 13:00 on Fridays
