We are a leading IT services company based in Clifton, Bristol. We now have a great opportunity for a hands-on enthusiastic, energetic, ideally immediately available and experienced administrator to join our growing team. You will be a key member of a small team undertaking a wide variety of business administrative duties to support the smooth running of the Company. This role could suit someone with a particular interest in HR or policy and process management but this is not an essential requirement.

You will have a professional, friendly, confident manner with the ability to ensure work will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Excellent organisational abilities are a must, with strong all round administration knowledge. You must have experience in producing business correspondence, proof reading for grammar, spelling and punctuation and have a high degree of accuracy. You should have excellent interpersonal, problem solving, planning and organisational skills and be confident with IT and office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).

Key Responsibilities and Duties Include:-

* Office coordination, dealing with suppliers, managing office supplies and purchasing goods and services
* To act as a key administrative and PA resource
* Sales admin support

* HR, facilities and health and safety administration support
* To identify ways of monitoring and improving administrative process, ensuring best practice
* Adherence to the Data Protection Act ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
* Event organisation
* Arranging travel and accommodation
* Arranging internal and external meetings
* Maintaining databases and other office systems
* Ad hoc project support

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:-

* At least 5 years’ proven administrative or PA experience in a busy office environment
* Maturity and professionalism in all communications
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Self-motivated and ability to maintain focus
* Ability to actively look for ways to help people and provide support where needed
* Experience of using the full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Marketing experience is also desirable
