Head of Broker Account Managers
A leading Insurance company with a reputation that proceeds them has a key new opening in their senior management team as Head of Broker Account Managers and Intermediaries.
In this pivotal role you will be responsible for a team of Account Managers and Account Execs who in turn will be responsible for their own accounts of Brokers and Intermediaries totalling a GWP of £79 Million with an aim to grow that further.
Your role will be split between people management and relationship management with a view to set and develop strategies to ensure continuous growth is achieved whilst managing ongoing relationships with existing business. You will be responsible for profit and loss of the division whilst managing distribution networks.
This role is home based however you will need to be able to be in their Birmingham office 2-3 times per week. Costs will be covered for this including overnight accommodation. You will need to be within a 2 hour commuting distance of Birmingham to be considered.
To be considered you will be an inspirational leader and relationship Manager with the ability to achieve and exceed business targets for growth. Candidates will be considered from either a personal lines or commercial background working either directly for an Insurer or for a Broker. Candidates without insurance experience will not be considered.
You will be rewarded with a senior level package including a 12% car allowance, 30 days holiday, leading pension and a bonus between 16 and 20%.
