Energy Savings Advisor

The Energy Savings Compliance Advisor is a key role within a growing, innovative team and you will play a major part in the development and offering of environmentally friendly energy saving services. This extremely interesting position will be based within an established team dedicated to delivering advice to a growing client base.
The role will include service delivery, data analysis, data auditing and supplier contact. There will be the opportunity to advise and promote the services to both existing clients and new clients. You will also be involved in the development of new services which includes a data portal and a reporting scheme.

You will be degree educated or equivalent and you will be confident and outgoing with excellent communications skills and ideally some customer service experience. You will have a good working knowledge of MS Office and have at least intermediate Excel skills although training to enhance your abilities will be provided. If you have knowledge of manipulating and analysing data, this will be a distinct advantage.
You will have a thorough approach to your work and have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You will be able to multitask, prioritise and manage your own workload, whilst working well under pressure and to deadlines. You will be positive, proactive and enthusiastic and be entirely comfortable dealing with external organisations.
You will have good problem-solving skills and be happy to work within a team. You will have a driving licence as some travel in the UK may be required.
This is a 1-year contract to cover maternity. The salary is up to £20,000 per annum plus up to 10% corporate bonus and there are excellent holidays and benefits.
