The SF Group are currently recruiting for a Relationship Co-ordinator for one of their clients based in Burton upon Trent (must be able to drive to get to the location). This is a core role for the business which will be responsible for co-ordinating various contractors and building relationships with each of them as the main point of contact within the business.
This is a full time role, majority will be office based however flexibility to travel UK wide and work away from home when necessary is required.
You will be responsible for the day to day management and support for a large service network, with typical responsibilities including:
Looking after all administration and compliance aspects for any new additions to the service network such as contractual requirements
Being the first point of contact for all contractors within the network for any issues, queries, support etc
Ensuring to build and maintain relationships with all new and existing members of the network
Reviewing the performance of the contractors within the network and ensuring they are performing to a high standard
Managing stock and ensuring to carry out checks when required (this will include occasional travelling anywhere within the UK)
Ensuring that all training is up to date and arranging this where necessary
Relaying all Health, Safety and Technical updates
Liaising with various departments and keeping in constant communication with the Field Operations Manager
Producing monthly reports
This role requires someone who is confident and has the ability to take control of situations, resolve any issues promptly, manage their own workload and build key relationships.
In addition, you must have the following:
Fantastic communication skills
A flexible approach to work (including being open to working away occasionally)
Strong administration experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes including Word, Excel, Outlook
The ability to pick up new systems quickly
Travel is required within this role, there you must hold a full UK driving licence to apply.
