Your new role
Within your new position, you will work closely with a dedicated compliance team to provide generalist administrative support. Some of these duties will involve processing applications, audit programmes and assisting with membership services with regard to qualifications. Responsibilities will include annual collection of data, proof reading and updating and amending an internal CRM system.
Within this division, they are also responsible for responding to incoming mail and answering telephone enquiries, whilst supporting with the production of invoices or invoice queries.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate 2 years experience working in an administrative position, confidently utilising company databases, spreadsheets and Microsoft packages. As you will be working with qualifications and data, good oral written and interpersonal skills are essential. Due to the nature of the role, there are often deadlines that must be adhered to, therefore high levels of organisation, planning and attention to detail will be required.
