Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant to support their Debt Recovery Team. This role involves working 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.This could be a great role for someone who is looking for the next step in their career.
??Dealing with a variety of administrative tasks - Letters/Emails/Faxes from customers and clients
??Assess and resolve administrative queries unless specialist investigation is required
??Accurately logging information on company systems
??Opening post and distributing it to the correct teams
??General administrative support tasks
??Some previous administration experience
??Excellent communication skills
??Able to liaise professionally via phone, email, letter
??Enjoys investigating queries
??Strong organisational skills
??A team player with a positive and professional attitude
??Good IT skills
