Customer Support Assistant
Location: Lapworth, Warwickshire
Salary: GBP18K - GBP20K, DOE
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Mon - Fri 09:00-17:30
The Customer Support Assistant role provides first line technical support for our customers. The candidate will produce customer chart summary reports to our Enhanced Service Clients and handle telephone and email enquiries from our customers.
* With training, use and be able to talk competently about the Just Checking system
* Produce chart summary reports and feedback results to our customers
* Manage our customer helpline with great service and responsiveness, providing first level technical support and troubleshooting
* Be responsible for following up enquiries and despatching parts and marketing materials when necessary
* Maintain excellent customer service and administrative standards so that sales, quotes and general enquiries are actioned and recorded within our quality framework
* Provide support to our Business and Account Managers
Candidate Specification:
The ideal candidate must be a multi-tasker with customer support experience, ideally in a technology environment. Have an interest in technology and be an excellent trouble shooter, enthusiastic team player as well as being able to work on their own when writing reports.
* Experience dealing with customers by phone. You enjoy the immediate demands of a customer service role and thrive in delivering the best possible customer experience.
* Cheerful and efficient telephone manner
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* You might be an experienced individual from an operational, sales support, admin, customer support or technical background or a recent graduate with customer and admin experience
* Results orientated with excellent problem solving/trouble shooting skills.
* Strong IT skills
* Well organised with attention to detail
* A team player with can do attitude
* Committed to operational excellence
A car is essential for this role as there are no public transport links in this area.
