This is an excellent opportunity to join a long established firm of Solicitors in Burton upon Trent.


We are looking for a receptionist/general office administrator working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Based on an initial six month temporary contract.
You would be first point of contact in our reception area and therefore you must be client focused with a caring personality and excellent communicator on all levels. Previous office experience and also with working in a legal office environment would be preferred.
The right candidate will thrive on having a variety of tasks to perform, working in a small team and have the ability to work under pressure to achieve a common goal.
Skills requirements for this position will include, excellent telephone manner, customer service skills, word processing to a high standard, knowledge of general office procedures to ensure a smooth running of the reception area with the ability to work on your own initiative at all times.
A high degree of confidentiality is required for this role and the successful candidate will be required to produce up to date references and undergo a criminal records check.
