Residential Development Lawyer 5+ PQE Experience level: 5 years + Term: Permanent Working hours: Full-time Team: Residential Real Estate Location: Newcastle Our Residential team is one of the largest of its kind. We support our clients in a range of projects from PLC house builders, regional housebuilders, mixed-use developments, mixed use investors through to build to rent and residential properties. Our expertise in the sector, coupled with our approach to client service means that we are rated as the premier team in Newcastle by both clients and the legal directories. The team now has a new opportunity for a Lawyer with at least 5 years' experience to join them in our Newcastle office. What will you be doing? Within this sector we are seeing significant growth. We already have an impressive list of major clients and panel appointments. Successful candidates would join a high profile team with the best exposure to high value development work available which will include conditional contracts and transfers, conditional options, collaboration agreements and development agreements, with a focus on high value residential development and investment projects. There will be plenty of opportunities for client contact and you'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with these contacts. Business development is also an important aspect for all of our lawyers, and you will be expected to contribute to the growth of the team by assisting with the organisation of and attending client events, writing articles for our website or other publications and other marketing activities.
