Business Centre Administrator Holt Recruitment are currently assisting a respected car dealership in their search for a Business Centre Administrator Key Responsibilities as a Business Centre Administrator: Complete, check and maintain various reports, both written and computerised, using the dealer management system (DMS). Maintain payment records and conduct all transactions accordingly so that all cash, cheques and charges are accounted for, following company policy for cash handling. Verifying codes on sales orders you will need to be a conscientious individual with an eye for detail and a can-do attitude. Deal with customer enquiries and provide progress updates. Raise Finance quotes, order vehicles and arrange deliveries when necessary. To perform other tasks as reasonably requested by the Business Centre Manager. The ideal Business Centre Administrator: Able to demonstrate experience in vehicle administration / account management / sales where necessary. Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. Ability to work independently and closely with the Business Centre Manager. Have experience in CDK Drive and Lease Link. EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE MOTOR TRADE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE! BUSINESS CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR Salary: Circa GBP22,000 LOCATION: Stoke-On-Trent / Crewe / West Midlands / Stafford / Staffordshire Unique opportunity for a Sales Exec / Administrator to branch into a different role within a main dealership. This role would be more on the side of raising finance quotes, checking progress updates and dealing with customer enquiries - so you can still have that sales drive in an administrative role.
