What you will do
A global diversified technology and multi industrial leader are currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Executive Assistant / Junior HR. Based from our Halesowen office the Executive Assistant / Development Programmes Coordinator will directly support one of the organisations senior business leaders as well as providing resource to a number of other key programmes within the HR/Development area.

How you will do it
This role is well positioned to suit an experienced Executive Assistant or candidates with an understanding of key HR activities. Experience of a large corporate organisation would be beneficial. This provides the grounding to develop a long-term career within the organisation where there are plenty of opportunities through exposure to HR, development, leadership, sales, operational and support functions within the organisation. Could be a good stepping stone to further a career in HR.

The Executive Assistant may be required to own and co-ordinate projects and initiatives aligned to the organisation's strategic objectives, as well as having excellent organisational skills allowing you to undertake full diary management which will include the coordination of regional, national and international travel arrangements. Additionally you will be responsible for processing approvals in a variety of areas, so an outstanding attention to detail is required. You will be responsible for communicating at Director Level with internal stakeholders and external partners on a daily basis. As such we are looking for an excellent communicator with the confidence to interact at this level, to and to hold and progress time urgent and often high impact conversations.

What we look for
Analysing data and presenting information will form an important part of the role so you will need be computer literate with advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good decision maker with the ability to use initiative.
Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence others
Professional presence - ability to work across levels of the organisation
Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to drive multiple tasks simultaneously and find points of intersections and integration across functions
Flexible, resilient and productive as needs and priorities change
Computer literate and high proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Previous experience as a PA to Director or Executive Assistant is preferable but not essential

This will be working from our Halesowen office located at Mucklow Business Park, Mucklow Hill
