Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

Job Type: Temporary - Permanent

Location: Birmingham

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30- 17:30

Start Date: ASAP

Then this role might be for you, working as an Administrator you will become an integral part of the business, supporting the PA to the Head of Manager.

The main role and responsibilities of the Administrator will include, but no limited to;

* Provide full administrative support to the PA of Head of Office
* Diary Management
* Organising meetings and conference calls
* Booking travel and accommodation
* Email correspondence
* Writing reports
* Organising filing systems
* Provide lunchtime and holiday reception cover

Key Skills and Experience for the Administrator:

* Strong communicator
* Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Packages including PowerPoint and Excel
* Used to working with confidential data
* A flexible work approach
* Excellent attention to detail
