Reporting to: Customer Service Manager - Post-Despatch

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career within Culina Logistics and you will be part of a small but friendly team that strives for excellence. Your role will include:

- Recording and communication of delivery incidents

- Maintaining Customer Service Late Report

- Control of stock uplifts

- Control of PCV redemption

- Production of periodic service level reports

- Other administrative tasks as determined from time to time by the Customer Service Supervisor.

- Ensuring customer/client queries dealt with by Customer Service staff are handled in a timely and professional manner and to the satisfaction of the customer

- Ensuring customer/client reports are accurate and communicated in accordance with agreed timeframes

- Ensuring customer/client non-conformance is properly recorded and fed back to the client and corrective action taken.

- Ensuring delivery discrepancies are properly recorded and investigated and the outcome communicated to the client

- Support Investors in Excellence initiative by examining internal and external processes with a view to driving improvement throughout the business.

- Ensure all ISO requirements are fully satisfied (in so far as they impact administration)

- Completion and circulation of non-conformance reports and control reports to relevant stakeholders

To be successful in this role, we would expect you to have:

-Excellent attention to detail

-Strong IT skills

-Be a good problem solver

-Previous experience of working in an administrative role

-Good customer service skills

-Proactive approach to work
