SF Group are currently recruiting for a Administrator on a temporary basis for our client based in Kenilworth.
The is is a temp role role and you will only be required for about 2 weeks. The role is paying GBP8.00 per hour. There is onsite parking and your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
- Provide effective and efficient administration support to the team
- Ensure administration tasks are performed in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure all documents are filed accurately on a continuous/ regular basis to ensure easy retrieval
- Ensure photocopying is undertaken as requested
- To distribute and send post when required
- Supporting other functions as required
- Typing quotations, decline letters and emails for Marketing and Finance
- Previous experience in an administration
- Excellent keyboard skills
- IT- Microsoft packages including word, excel, outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working on own initiative
