We are an established professional business with strong European links.Due to expansion and growth of territory we are now seeking to recruit a French Speaking Customer Service Account Manager to liaise and provide excellent customer service to our French Customers.This is an exciting role for a Bilingual Customer advisor who wants variety and an opportunity to travel.

Key Responsibilities

Developing trusting relationships with suppliers

Plan & supervise work loads

Ensure purchasing trips are planned effectively

Translate orders to English

Follow up calls to suppliers

Maintain company database

Permanent Mon-Fri Office Hours

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in French & English

Highly organised with attention to detail

Excellent organisational skills

Pc Confident in word & Excel

Current driving licence

Calm under pressure
