Recruitment Administrator Required
£9.12 per hour
3 month temp contract
Working in our clients modern and well equipped offices, you will be working as part of a close knit recruitment team providing support throughout the end to end recruitment process for candidates interested in joining the business. As a recruitment administrator you will be required to support from candidate screening, booking telephone interviews, supporting candidate with application packs, general HR administrations and interview support.
Supporting senior members of the team recruiting for our client means that you will be dealing with a high-volume of candidates who will need your time, attention and support as they move through each phase of their application. Due to the nature of the business as a recruitment administrator you will need to be able to prioritise workloads, think on your feet and have a real passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
As a recruitment administrator you will:
-Support and guide candidates through the recruitment journey.
-Respond to candidates wishing to apply for current vacancies
-Manage relationships with a number of internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to reference requests in a timely manner
As an Internal recruiter you will be:
-Have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a friendly and approachable communication style.
-Have strong attention to detail.
