CRM Analyst - Nuneaton - GBP20-GBP27K

Our client is recruiting a CRM Analyst to provide analytics and reporting that will help improve data driven decision making.

Responsibilities of the successful CRM Analyst:

  • Mapping out processes across the business and Finance department to help identify weaknesses and potential improvements
  • Continuous Improvement and analysis for the CRM function to help support decision making and achieve improvements in efficiencies
  • Responsibility for the reconciliation and accuracy of all Management Information that is distributed across the business including the QlikView/Qlik Sense dashboard
  • Help identify inefficient processes and provide actionable insights
  • Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators
  • Compiling and providing data for business cases for improvements to processes and new systems
  • Support with making improvements to Execs reporting with a view on improving forecasting/budget data and reporting of KPI's
  • Support with template designs and changes to processes across the entire business
  • Updating department KPI report on a regular basis and preparing monthly reporting for Executives
  • Business partnering with operations
  • Support wider MI team and BI developer

The successful CRM Analyst will possess:

  • Good Excel skills, lookups/pivots, experience of Macros/VBA would be advantages
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good communicator
  • Organised with strong time management skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Working under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Highly analytical
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
