Our client is an innovative company based near Leamington Spa. They are a leading provider of niche vehicle hire. Due to continued expansion they are now looking to acquire the services of a self-motivated Office Coordinator to support their Engineering & Management teams. This is a fantastic opportunity which will suit a highly accurate candidate with excellent attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills. Due to the rural location, you must be able to drive and have access to your own transport.

Key responsibilities:

  • Taking breakdown calls, deciding on appropriate action and assign the corrective action
  • Assigning and scheduling engineer's work daily and weekly
  • Logging all workshop activities and costs onto CRM system
  • Ensuring that the operating equipment has up to date certifications
  • Raising purchase orders, ordering parts, consumables, etc., logging receipt of orders
  • Managing machine files (paper and electronic) to ensure correct documentation is present and up to date
  • Liaise with manufactures regarding warranty
  • Co-ordinate vehicle fleet servicing
  • Report daily on the breakdowns that occurred that day
  • Produce daily and monthly reporting on costs and department performance

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally have a background from the hire industry, not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good level of IT skill - using Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel etc
  • Excellent organisation skills and keen eye for detail
  • Good communication skills - phone and email
