RGN Qualified Nurse
Nurse Seekers are extremely proud to be recruiting an RGN on behalf of a truly exquisite nursing care provider based in a quiet rural location just outside Tamworth. My client provides fantastic care throughout within an excellent setting in a fully refurbished country home. My client holds the quality of care they give in high regard and this is achieved through the experience of their staff.
The main priority and belief of the home, is to provide an environment that enables the individual to maintain independence and exercise freedom of choice, whilst maximising privacy and dignity and encouraging a fulfilling life. They aim to create a relaxing and welcoming homely atmosphere which is achieved through their thoughtful team of staff who contribute to meet all the needs of the residents of the home.
With this being said they are now looking to expand these ideals in their team with a brilliant RGN. You should be kind, caring and have a real commitment to delivering the highest level of care at all times. Along with this the right RGN should be able to work well under pressure whilst being able to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships.
Specific duties and responsibilities for successful RGN Nurse are, but not limited to;
- To act as a role model for all staff and to ensure that a consistently high standard of nursing care is provided.
- To administer prescribed medication on a daily basis in line with current NMC guidelines and company policy.
- Support a learning culture providing skills-based experiential learning to Care Services staff and act as a mentor.
- Complete and update care plans on a regular basis to ensure the care delivered is accurate with the residents wishes.
