A fantastic business located just outside of Birmingham City Centre is looking for a proactive and flexible individual for a new opportunity within there close-knit team. Carrying out a dual role, you will be responsible for the payroll and compliance administration in its entirety. You will be working closely with the relevant Team Leaders in order to ensure that each function of the business is running smoothly. You will also receive training on all relevant systems. You must have the following in order to apply:

* Minimum grade A in Maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent)

* Education to degree level (or equivalent)

* Good level of numeracy and confident in handling numerical data

* Experience within a similar administrative role

* A strong positive work ethic and a desire to learn

Long-term there may be progression opportunities within the business but it is vital that you master the administrative elements of the role before taking that next step. The team is warm and supportive and the business boasts excellent benefits and some flexibility on working hours.
