I am urgently recruiting for a Part - Time Business Administrator to work on a Temp to Perm basis for my Manufacturing and Supply based client, just outside of Wolverhampton City Centre.

An immediate start is available for this role; however candidates must have relevant experience in order to be considered. The daily duties of this role consist of:

· General business support, including postal, filing and faxing

· Ensuring all deliveries and despatches are accurate, updated and inputted onto the system accurately within a timely manner

· Supporting the warehouse with Administrative duties as required

· Responding to customer and client queries

· Managing invoices including queries and updating systems

· Producing weekly and monthly sales reports for the MDs use.

To be considered, candidates must be available immediately able to commute daily and work part time hours of Monday - Friday 09.00-13.00 (potential to be flexible).

Candidates must have experience of working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and word to an advanced level to be considered, as well as being highly organised and methodical.
