Executive Assistant and Office Manager £30-31,000 per annum.

We are recruiting an Executive Assistant and Office Manager for a fantastic regulating body based in Birmingham City Centre. This company have amazing brand-new offices which they moved into at the end of 2017.

Working hours are 9-5pm, 25 days holiday PLUS bank holidays. The role will be paying £30-31k per annum.

In this role you will be supporting the Executive Diary and managing the day to day running of a busy office.

The purpose of the Executive Assistant and Office Manager is to support the Executive Director by giving outstanding executive level administrative support along with supporting of the operational hub! You will be ensuring the office runs smoothly by planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems!

To be successful in securing the role of Executive Assistant and Office Manager you will need to have the following:

Proven experience of successful working relationships at Senior Executive level or similar. You will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, be proactive and be able to make decisions in the Senior Executives absence where appropriate.
Proven experience with complex diary and travel arrangement.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
The ability to oversee a busy office and prioritise work, manage time and cope with multiple demands and changing priorities.
Demonstrate the setting up and maintenance of office systems.
The ability to make things happen!!!
