Job Description

Ensure the smooth running of the full operation process and safe working practices within our fast-paced environment.

Operational shifts pattern will be on a rolling 4 on 4 off. Hours of work will be from 8 am to 8 pm, 12 hour shifts.

Responsible for maintaining and improving performance and productivity.

Ensure all KPI information is reported onto the correct systems accurately.


·Receiving, scanning

·Interpreting & fulfilling sales orders for customers and productivity requirements. Accurate orders produced in a timely manner

·Maintaining quality in line with guidelines set out. Meeting customers quality expectations

·Organising delivery schedules with the wholesale co-ordinator and ensuring delivery deadlines are met to meet customer expectations.

·Co-ordinating the loading of shipments with external carriers when required. Reliable delivery within set timeframe

·Ensure all warehouse employees are fully trained to carry out their roles and that training records are kept up to date

·Training records are obtainable for use at all times

Reporting information

Reporting hourly performance KPI’s to members of the teamLiaising with the Shift Leader to feedback any issues and remain in line with operational processes. Customer satisfaction ensured and quality upheldInvolvement in weekly wholesale meetings with the wholesale co-ordinator to retain focus on objectives with clear and concise directionCompiling and reporting daily production levels. Ensuring stock levels are accurately documentedReporting consumable levels to the wholesale co-ordinatorAdministration

Administrative duties as and when they are required with good departmental organisation and record keepingOther

Learning about the organisations products and services and keeping up to date with any relevant changesUndertake any other reasonable tasks as and when requiredADDITIONAL INFORMATION
