Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Location: Coventry

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Working with our customer operations team, you will proactively challenge cost across a multi-million pound cost base, by implementing and measuring performance against KPI’s and financially appraising new initiatives.

You will need to be commercially astute and trusted by the business.

We are looking for an individual who is a team player, has great attention to detail and is proactive in their approach to continuous improvement.

What you’ll need to help make the best of the role

You will be a Qualified Accountant with experience of supporting Senior Stakeholders

Analytical by nature, able to present financial information in a clear, concise manner.

You can demonstrate strong financial modelling skills (particularly investment appraisal)

Track record of identifying cost savings and adding value
