The main duties of the role are as follows:

* Working within a busy team

* Providing full administration support

* Inputting Purchase invoices onto the system

* Handling Sales invoices

* Assisting with Credit Control

* Communicating with customers to ensure invoices have been received

* Chasing customers to record when payments can be expected

* Escalating any issues

* Handling expense claims and mileage

* Managing the Trainline Account

* Organising travel and accommodation

* Supporting visitors on site

* Arranging refreshments for meetings

* Typing reports

* Answering incoming calls

* Dealing with general queries and resolving queries

* Data entry
