An excellent opportunity has become available with one of our clients in the West Midlands Area.

Our client is looking for top class sales professionals to join their established and vibrant team covering a site near Hartshill, West Midlands as a Site Sales Advisor.

The New Homes Sales Advisor role will require you to carry out sales negotiation and to progress resultant sales to successful completion. The right candidate will be proactive and self-motivated.

New Homes understanding and experience is preferred, ideally with familiarity of the local market, including new homes awareness, Business to Business experience/exposure and a strong customer focused approach.

in addition to a proven track record in sales, key skills should include influencing and selling, an ability to handle difficult customers/conflict, planning and organisation with capacity to manage volume tasks, IT literacy, great communications skills and the ability to think `outside of the box` to deliver results.
