Customer Service Administrator

Temp to Perm


Monday to Friday 9.00am till 5.00pm

My client is looking to recruit an Administrator on a temp to perm basis.

Duties will include

It is the administrators responsibility to operate effective systems and procedures to ensure that the correct paperwork is in place for all deliveries incoming and outgoing. Interact both verbally and emails with the service centres to administrate sales orders. Liaise with accounting departments and suppliers to manage on time deliveries and payments.

Main Tasks

* Operate a series of procedures for loading customer orders, raising purchase orders, booking stock on and off,issuing test certificates, processing and passing invoices, raining credits and debits.

* Processing Orders to ensure timely and accurate processing of the detail.

* Investigate any shortages or excesses between physical stock and computer records identifying the cause of such problems.

* Raise purchase orders with suppliers.

* Negotiate with suppliers where appropriate.

* Progress orders and res schedule as necessary.

* maintain the integrity of product codes.

* Continually review stock lines adding new items and removing discontinued items from system.

* Maintain accurate reporting spreadsheets on a daily basis.

* Investigate or report any inaccuracies.

* Print off routine daily reports, up date transfer prices.

*Produce documentation for letter of credit preparation.

* Administrate L/C liaising with supplier and accounts office.

* Learn the full range of admin tasks.

* Work cooperatively with other team members to help ensure daily and monthly deadlines are met.

* Loading orders received via internet ensuring Jobs ready for dispatch and organise external carrier.

* Quoting prices.

* Calling lapsed customers to get back on board.

Essentials Skills

* Organisation to maintain effective systems and deadlines are met.

* Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate verbally and written.

* Be team orientated as you will be working within a team environment.

* Must be PC literate and able to use Microsoft packages effectively.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday08.30am till 5.00pm with 45 mins lunch break. 37.5 hours per week.
