SF Group are looking for a French speaking Customer/Sales Coordinator. Client is a well known distributor in DY6, Dudley. Salary up to £25k and permanent position. Great team with nice offices with parking. MUST SPEAK FRENCH POSITION IN ORGANISATION Part of the Customer services team MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To process and arrange shipment of all international orders and deal with any related documentation process and follow up queries. To assist the international sales director (based in France) with the relationship and communication of all accounts DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Order Processing -Process sales/sample orders onto the NAV system.(SAP system from 2020) -Prepare pro-forma invoices as required. -Confirm Pricing and Products with Customers prior to shipment. 2. Order Picking/Packing -Release sales & sample orders for picking and packing to the UK warehouse and give instructions as needed. -Instruct packing and shipment of Hong Kong warehouse and direct shipment orders via the Hong Kong warehouse. -Liaise with supply chain regarding international stock management. 3. Order Dispatch -Book orders for dispatch/collection with freight forwarders and shipping lines. -Ensure orders are dispatched in line with customer date requirements. 4. Documentation -Raise the relevant documentation to accompany the shipment and distribute to the relevant parties. 5. Maintain Database Information -Ensure customer details are up to date. -Review and Update Pricing information on an ongoing bases in line with price increases etc 6. Enquiries -Deal with International/UK customer enquiries and queries via phone/email as necessary. KEY COMPETENCIES/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: -Good telephone manner. -Good Computer Literacy. -Excellent attention to Detail especially with Documentation Process. -Organisational ability. -Numeracy skills. -Communication skills. Languages: French is essential,other languages are desirable. Hours are core office hours and benefits will be discussed at interview. Apply via the website.
