Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for a Office Admin Assistant to join an independently owned heavy materials handling company based in Honiley.
This is a permanent position, initially paying between GBP17-21000 dependant on experience, working office hours of 8.30am-5.00pm - Monday to Friday, with other excellent benefits that can increase based on loyalty and length-of-service.
The Role
To assist the Finance Manager in the day to day running of the office administrative function for the 3 businesses, duties to include :-
*Credit control
*Sales administration
*Parts administration
*Service administration
*Responsible for the office image
*Outgoing post
*Invoice query administration
*Telephone call handling
*Ad-hoc administration
This is by no means a definitive list, this position requires flexibility in order to meet the demands of the business
Specific duties to include:
*Order stationery & engineer's overalls
*Truck ordering & invoicing
*Booking travel/accommodation
*Report any troubleshooting issues with laptops/phones
*Compilation of engineer's job sheets & time sheets
*Update holiday planner
*In charge of booking in parts & parts invoicing
*Fleet management
*Booking couriers

*Assertive and keen
*Confident telephone manner
*Pro-active and professional in their approach
*Ability to work with minimum supervision and use own initiative
*Ability to prioritise workload
*Sage Line 50 Accounts experience preferred
*MS Office/Outlook
