The Midlands leading Independent Estate Agents is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and passionate Sales' and Lettings' Negotiator to join their team in Droitwich.

This is a full time position and ideal candidates will demonstrate passion and enthusiasm to tackle this challenging market head on. Strong organisational and communication skills together with a proven track record within the industry are essential. IT and organisational skills are essential and you must hold a driving licence and be a car owner to be considered.

This is a target driven environment and OTE is achievable through hard work and determination. To be a successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator you must possess the tenacity and confidence to deal with customers and clients at all levels and thrive working in a fast paced and fast moving industry.

Candidates must have industry and sales background to be considered. An understanding of the role of Negotiator from sourcing leads, marketing properties, highlighting features and benefits to clients and all related compliance and admin are desired.

The working shifts are Monday - Friday 8.30am -5.30pm, plus one in every second Saturday 9am-4pm.
