Business Development Executive - Training provided, Sales focused, Structured career path

Are you an ambitious individual looking to build your career in a multi-billion pound industry? You will be joining a well-established telecommunications provider based in the centre of Lichfield (within walking distance of Lichfield City train station), renowned for its customer centric approach resulting in successful partnerships with a variety of global brands.

You may be a recent university/college graduate, looking to start your career with a supportive employer. Alternatively you may have demonstrable experience in telesales, outbound sales or business development, with a drive to succeed within what is initially a sales focussed role.

Your role will be fundamental to the success of the sales division, starting your career at the beginning of an exciting path.

Focused initially on lead generation you will receive full training and shadow sales professionals to gain expertise.

What you will be doing:

  • Working closely with senior professionals within the business
  • Identify potential sales opportunities through lead generation
  • Make outbound sales calls to a number of prospective customers
  • Identify new opportunities for the Field Sales team
  • Be involved in learning, team collaborations, and sales development training to accelerate your career development
