The ideal candidate will have a customer service background and will thrive in working in a fast paced environment. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will be graduate calibre and will also be proficient with ICT technology.

About the Role

  • Answering inbound and external calls, taking ownership and providing solutions to any queries or complaints
  • Inputting and logging customer and client queries
  • Ensuring key requests are communicated to relevant team members
  • Accuracy in making sure files are up to date

The Ideal Person

  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proactive individual who can use their initiative
