The funding function of Brookson Group have an exciting opportunity within their Payroll Operational Support team. This is a perfect chance for someone who is keen to gain valuable high volume payroll experience in a vibrant office environment located close to stations and amenities.

What you will do

  • Collect, validate and process a large number of timesheets in accordance with the company deadlines
  • Set up new candidates ensuring accuracy with pay categories and rates
  • Make accurate and prompt payments to candidates to set deadlines
  • Issue accurate and prompt invoices to clients in accordance with company deadlines
  • Issue statements and margin payments to agencies in accordance with company deadlines
  • Provide assistance to the Credit Control Dept. to resolve invoice queries
  • Complete all other reasonable requests as instructed by your Line Manager
  • Comply with internal and external policies for GDPR

The successful candidate will have

  • A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Experience of working high volume work loads
  • Familiarity of general accounting processes
  • Solid knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Good mathematical and numerical skills
