Salary: £30,000- £40,000 per annum (£17.50 p/hour) + excellent benefits
Hours: Full or part time hours available

A fantastic brand new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work within a specialist, flexible, person-centred home for adults with complex needs. The service is ideally situated in Birmingham and is within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities. This warm and friendly home boasts a range of excellent facilities for the residents to enjoy including regular activities and days out to suit the residents interest. The home also offers a beautiful garden for residents to relax and unwind.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading and forward thinking healthcare provider in one of their small, specialised care homes in Birmingham. The service provides person centred care for residents with a range of complex care needs. This includes caring for residents with Neuro-disability, brain injury, complex dementia and a range of mental health conditions. The Home Manager is looking for a Unit Manager RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to ensure the smooth running of the unit at all times.
Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous experience within a similar environment is essential for this position.
