Our client is currently recruiting for an energetic and enthusiastic Junior Marketing and Customer Care Specialist who will be able to inject a fresh approach to marketing and advertising within their business

Key Responsibilities of the successful Junior Marketing and Customer Care Specialist will be to:

  • Issue marketing communications using multi-channel instruments, monitor the effectiveness and collect customers' needs
  • Make active calls to collect dealer's needs and provide a first-level support for back-office and administrative activities
  • Collect market information and provide consistent analysis of business scenarios to the General Manager to support sales strategy
  • Ensures creation and publication of all marketing material (brochures, posters), in connection with headquarters guidelines and marketing plans
  • Organize marketing activities: dealer meetings and exhibitions

Essential Requirements/Experience of the successful Junior Marketing and Customer Care Specialist will be:

  • 6-12 months relevant work experience within a marketing/advertising/customer care role
  • Flexibility to travel where necessary
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Experience working with social network channels and social media management
  • Excellent administration skills with a sound knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • Ability to analyse data and format for presentation
  • Proven ability to manage relationships at all levels, including stakeholders and colleagues
  • Customer service focussed
  • Enthusiastic approach and willing to input fresh ideas
