Our client is a fast-moving and technically-advanced manufacturing company, expanding rapidly across both UK and Export markets. As an established company with global reach, their customers range from local businesses to multi-national corporations. Their primary focus is to offer exceptional customer service, therefore an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will need to be reliable, with a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic approach to the daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales order processing
  • Organising delivery of products to customers
  • Sample order processing
  • Raising work sheets for the Production Department
  • Liaising with production, sales and technical departments
  • General office administration and answering the phone

Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years commercial administration experience is essential
  • You must be educated to 2:1 degree level
  • Exposure wihtin a manufacturing, engineering or technical industry sector is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Ability to use MS Office
  • Educated to degree level
  • Must have your own transport
