We are assisting an international organisation to appoint an Accounts Assistant near Lichfield. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader you will be responsible to coordinate 10-15 incoming treasury payments, process branch payments, reconcile and report cash/card variances and deal with branch queries.
The client is open to an AAT candidate or an experienced finance candidate with good communication skills and Microsoft Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
Ideally, you will:
-Possess good Excel skills
-Be able to reconcile daily and monthly incoming accounts for multiple sites using Microsoft Excel
-Have knowledge of General Ledger Accounts (Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable)
-Have the ability to communicate clearly, investigate and resolve payment queries
