PA to CEO Marches Academy Trust

£29,055 - £30,756 per annum

To start Monday 29th April 2019

An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional person to join our team. The successful applicant will provide our CEO with professional and efficient administrative support. We are looking for someone who thrives on working in a challenging and fast-paced environment and who has a positive, proactive attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines and to support the CEO in developing strategic policy and procedures. The role requires someone who is dynamic and self-motivated who uses their own initiative and has exceptional attention to detail. You will have the ability to touch-type whilst taking minutes during meetings and will provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO including diary management and ensuring the CEO is prepared for all meetings and other significant events. You will be liaising with our Executive Team, Board of Trustees and key stakeholders so you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can build strong relationships.
