Are you passionate about engineering and enjoy working on equipment's refurbishing, servicing and ensuring they perform to their optimum level? Do you have basic experience in machining, pipework, filling, pneumatics, fabrication, welding etc.? Then this role can be of interest to you.

Based at our Worcester, you will work in the Customer Engineering Workshop in Worcester, focused on the refurbishment, modification and testing of cryogenic equipment required for Air Products Cryoease Customer Installation and Exchange jobs for dispatch.

As a Workshop Equipment Technician, you will:

* Processing of all Work Order equipment prep requests assigned to the Worcester Workshop and prepare Leisure PSA, CO2 and O2 Monitoring equipment for stock and customer orders

* Undertake welding, testing and refurbishment of pressure control modules and associated components on cryogenic tanks up to and including 2000L

* You will be responsible for timely and accurately picking parts and equipment to replenish workbench Kanban and to ensure equipment preparation can be completed to meet customer demand dates

* You will complete failure reports on equipment to be returned to Manufacturers for review

* Respond to customer curative calls as requested by Technical Services Department, travelling to site within set a radius of Worcester Workshop to timely carry out necessary onsite equipment repairs

* Contribute to Continuous Improvement Events within the department

As a Workshop Equipment Technician, you will have:

* You must have a Full Driving License and Forklift Truck License

* Basic Engineering experience in machining, pipework, fitting, pneumatics, fabrication, welding, soldering, brazing disciplines

* Basic understanding of pressure vessels and associated components - safety devices, regulators, valves etc

* Basic electrical knowledge

* Strong communication skills

* Able to work effectively within a team and as an individual

Desirable Skills:

* MEWP License or Overhead Cranage Operation License will be desirable
