Studley • 8 weeks Temporary Contract • Full time • GBP9.50/10.00 per hour

Arden Personnel are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for our client based in Studley.

Day to Day Duties
You will be responsible for:

Receiving and processing supplier invoices.
Ensuring payments are made within the agreed payment terms.
Assisting with receiving and distribution of daily post.
Scanning and logging of suppliers invoices for traceability purposes.
Processing suppliers invoices for payment.
Logging and distributing query invoices for investigation.
Liaising with other departments where necessary.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the Purchase Ledger role you will need;

Previous experience in a busy purchase ledger department.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
