As an Apprentice Office and Administration Junior at our Birmingham office you will be from an AAT background looking for your first role in an Accountancy Practice. You will be involved in all round general administration and will gain a wealth of experience in the sector.

As an Apprentice Office Junior/ Administration Support at our Birmingham office, your main responsibilities will include:

    • First point of contact for both callers and visitors to the office

    • Assist with ad hoc administration as required

    • Assist with general accounting administration

    • Gain exposure to insolvency case work

    • Scanning & Archiving Documents

    • Handling of Data and information - Both internal and External Documents

    • General data input and query management

    • General Office Duties - Emailing / Faxing / Telephone duties

    • Ensure that the reception area is professionally presented at all times

As an Apprentice Receptionist at our Birmingham office, your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
