As a New Homes Regional Sales Negotiator you will be working on several developments. Working 5 days a week to include Weekends - Hours of working 10:00am - 5:30pm.

Taking customer details, qualifying their suitability, current market position, giving detailed and accurate information on the product you are selling etc.

You will also need to:
- Liaise with the sales manager, site manager and the sales and marketing team to ensure sale of all units as they are released.
- Be responsible for managing the progression of the sales through to exchange and completion
- Make sure that the sales area and surrounding grounds and show homes are clean and presentable at all times.
- Manage a database of visitors and clients re-trawling when required to maximize revisits.
- You will be working on your own or part of a team and will be responsible for opening and closing the sales office daily and accountable for all activity.
In order to be successful you will need:
- Your own car / driver
- Computer literate
- Immaculately presented
- Sales driven
- Self-managed person
- Must have New Homes experience
You will be paid a Good Basic and also good commission on completion of property.
