Are you looking to work for growing company who focus on tech and education? We are currently looking for a Tech/Digital Sector Professional to work for a fantastic training provider who can coach and train apprentices at Advanced level 3, through Higher level 4 to Degree level 6.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workplace coaching - Liaising with employers across the West Midlands to deliver aunique learning plan tailored to the apprentices in their place of work, with the aim of coaching them to achieve the highest grade possible in their chosen Tech and Digital standard.
• Training/Teaching - Delivering classroom teaching and coaching required by the Tech and Digital standards to a small group of learners/apprentices.
• Online coaching - Working remotely with the apprentices to help them advance in their chosen programme by checking their progress and giving feedback via the use of the VLE, telephone or online conference interventions.
• E-moderated training/teaching - Delivering online webinars and sessions related to the Tech and Digital Standards delivered.
• Design, plan, prepare and review courses in line with appropriate programme objectives and standards delivered.
• Manage apprentices caseload and deliver the required inputs and outputs to ensure programme timely completion and apprentices' successful achievement.
• Field Research (both technical and educational) to advise management of relevant changes, updates and developments within your specialities.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the topics and courses you are required to deliver and participate in company strategies for regular quality improvement.

• Technical / Occupationally-related experience (for one or more of our technical
• Training, teaching and / or coaching to either big or small groups.
• Organisational skills: ability to plan, being able to meet deadlines, attention to detail
for documentation requirements, resilience to complete according agreed timelines.
• Being business, employer and client oriented: polite, responsive and persistent.
• Good written and spoken communication / presentation skills.
• Being confident and able to take initiative to work effectively.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Have a willingness to learn and train for new technical subject areas.
• Tech and/or Digital Industry Certification
• Computing or Specialism Degree/Masters/PHD Diplomas
• Experience of government-funded training/teaching, particularly apprenticeships. (Desirable)
• Previous commercial training/educational/teaching experience. (Desirable)
• Experience in coaching and/or mentoring. (Desirable)
• Experience of Ofsted or QAA Inspection. (Desirable)
• Experience of ISO 27001 requirements. (Desirable)
