Payroll and HR Administrator
Payroll and HR Administrator required for a permanent opportunity, working with a well established business based in Rugby. Working as part of a friendly HR team you will be solely responsible for processing a monthly payroll for up to 600 employees. Your duties will include; manual calculations, sending payments by BACS and cheque, processing starters and leavers, statuary payments, holiday, tax and NI payments, submissions to HMRC and payroll queries. You will also support the HR team with their day to day tasks.
My client is looking for an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator who can come in and hit the ground running. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to adhere to strict deadlines with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Previous experience working with a computerised time and attendance and payroll system is essential.
My client is based in Rugby with an open and friendly working environment.
