This is your chance to develop your parts and after-sales service career working for a Construction and Agriculture Plant Rental Company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a stores/parts customer service role and live within a commutable distance of Warwick.

You may have worked in Plant/Agriculture/Automotive/Commerical Vehicle sectors as an engineer or in after-sales service department.

Parts Person Role

Placing orders with existing suppliers and maintaining good working relationships
Taking delivery of incoming stock
Checking delivered items against orders and delivery documentation
Customer Service - advising on parts and additional items required.
Outgoing calls to offer certain promotions.
Stores re-organisation and Stock management.
Entering received stock on to computerised stores records
Provide administrative support to the hire desk, workshop manager and company directors
Minimize losses
Increase sales and profits across all departments

To be successful as a Parts Person

Proven background in after-sales, stores, hire controller or Parts advisor role
Approaches challenging tasks with a "can-do" attitude
good eye for detail
full UK driving license
Able to drive sales and growth
Experience of stores databases
Have worked in either construction, agriculture, automotive, transport/logistics or plant hire
