Our client are a expanding software house based in Tamworth, who are a market leader in their field. They are now entering a period where they are growing rapidly and are adding to their technical team on a continual basis.
Working within a team of support analysts, you will be required to handle customer requests by phone and email. You will be required to get to the bottom of any incident as support tickets often tend to be fairly complex. Utilising strong communication skills you will be required to speak to clients at all levels and report back to clients consistently on the update of any tickets.
You will need experience of:
- Windows XP up to Windows 8
- Strong knowledge of software
- Strong communication skills - used to dealing with clients at all levels
- Any SQL would be an added advantage
